Tom has come alongside our business and taken the time to understand our values and goals. We have never had the feeling that Tom was selling us anything. He’s a true partner who wants to help us create the best benefits package possible for our employees. Changing benefits plans is very overwhelming if it’s not your day-to-day. Tom has the ability to work with clients and bring them along in the process. He’s a great communicator.
